Reflecting On Your Growth

During this workshop, we’re creating intentional space to pause and reflect so that you can truly see how much you’ve grown this year.

This workshop is for women in their 20s who are showing up fully for their lives and relationships, navigating lots of change and unknowns, and putting so much effort into trying to make the most of this season of life.

If you’ve been moving fast through this year, processing endings and beginnings, or simply craving a moment to reflect and reset as we kick off this fall, this event is for you.

Together, we’ll carve out time to celebrate your progress, explore the experiences that have shaped you this year, recognize the lessons you've gained, and honor the growth that often goes unnoticed.

The second part of this workshop will have a Q&A where I’ll answer your questions on anything from navigating loneliness to sticking with a new routine to embracing the unknown. I'm here to answer your current question marks and make sure you know you don't have to figure it all out alone.

Our Workshop Flow:

🌿 Guided Meditation to help you slow down and connect to your various experiences this year and all the growth and lessons you've gained.

📝 Journaling & Reflection Time to capture your insights and create a list of highlights for you to take forward with you as you continue to evolve and expand.

🫶 Group Shares & Discussion to openly share in our safe, supportive space your own reflections so you can really see yourself and have your own beauty mirrored back to you by all the other amazing young women attending the workshop who want to cheer you on.

💬 Live Q&A with Shannon to ask your most pressing questions on change, relationships, loneliness, new beginnings, and navigating uncertainty in your 20s.

You'll walk away from this workshop feeling grounded in how far you’ve come, proud of yourself for how you've navigated this year, and more confident in your ability to trust the path ahead. ✨
