If you’ve been feeling a little stuck, disconnected from yourself, or like you're too caught up in the stress of life to really enjoy it — this workshop is your chance to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what really brings you joy. This is for the 20-something who is ready to step into main character energy and start romanticizing life again.
You will remember why it's so important to prioritize joy in your life and create your own personalized joy list - discovering the unique activities, people, places, and habits that bring you joy both on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

✨ A guided meditation + visualization to help you reconnect with yourself, tune into your intuition, and get clarity on what your soul is really craving to feel more joy and excitement in life.
📝 Journaling time (with good music, of course) to capture what came through during your visualization and anchor your insights.
💖 You'll create your very own Joy Lists — with daily, weekly, and monthly activities that light you up and help you feel more like you.
👯♀️ Receive 1:1 coaching from Shannon to help you actually make time for your joy, raise your self-worth, and get better at putting yourself first (without guilt!).
